Conveyor belt

The Keulmac conveyor belt is a robust conveyor belt and suitable for many applications. For example, for transporting potatoes, onions or for filling crates.

This conveyor belt comes standard with a kink and an electro/hydro unit, which makes this machine extremely suitable for storing activities. The underseeder is equipped with a trough-shaped rubber belt with high flights supported by V-shaped rollers. The speed of the belt is infinitely adjustable. It is also possible to fit the bottom unloader with wireless control.

Storage bunkers

The dimensions of this bunker are variable and can be agreed upon. The deposit height of the bottom belt is adjustable from approx. 70 to 140 cm. For filling the bunker, one or two electric tilters can be mounted above the bunker. As standard, this bunker is fitted with a bridge.

Boxtippers

Both mechanical and hydraulic versions are possible.

The mechanical box tipper is height-adjustable and can be used for boxes up to approx. 1500 kg and widely deployable due to its tipping height of 1.30 to 4.10 metres.

The hydraulic box tipper is a low tipper for emptying a box in front of a sorting plant or conveyor belt.

Onion windrower

User-friendly harvester for picking onions, among other things. By means of a square lifting shaft, the product is picked up from the ground. Its lifting depth is set by adjustable wheels. The harvest shaft bearings and drive box are protected from the ground by a convex disc on the right side and a chisel on the left side. As standard, the grub shaft bearings are fitted with fixed grease nozzles to make lubricating them easier.

Onion haulm topper

The Keulmac onion haulm topper is a solid and well-built machine and widely applicable for many applications.

Among other things, the Keulmac haulm topper can be used for topping onions, potatoes, strawberry plants and beetroot. As standard, this machine is equipped with a side discharge, which means that the haulm is discharged on the right side of the machine by means of rotors.

  • Available as front, trailed machine or in combination of both three-point linkages
