Binpiler

The Visser binpiler is a hydraulic machine, slewing on rail or main wheels.

Many options are available with these machines, including:

Standard belt widths of 65, 80 and 100 cm.
Conveyor belt lengths from 15 to 20 m as standard
Overhang from 5.3 to 15 m, depending on the version
Belt speed as desired
Electric-hydraulic height adjustment

Telescopic conveyors

Easily movable telescopic conveyor with large capacity. Applicable for universal use of loose bulk material. The telescopic conveyor can be easily coupled to binpiler.

Specifications:

Belt widths: 60, 70, 80 and 100 cm.
Conveyor belt lengths: 6+7, 7+8, 8+9, 9+10
Belt drive with drum motors, standard one two-speed motor for reading.
Belt speed as desired
Stepless height adjustment of both belts

Hoppers

The Visser hopper is a strongly constructed machine with a long service life. Good sealing of the hopper possible.

Specifications:

Equipped with bottom chain
Standard equipped with thick rubber belt (8-9 mm)
Angled or V-shaped flights
Minimum drop height
Speed of belt drive adjustable with frequency controller
Bottom length: 4.5 m with top bend, 6 m with top bend or 5 m with bottom bend and 4 m straight.

Box filler

Visser box fillers are easy to handle and easy to move. Each system is equipped with multiple programs, including freely programmable programs.

Different executions are possible, including a version where the crate tilts and a version where the crate stays on the ground and the belt goes into the crate. Please contact us for the possibilities.

Conveyor belt

The Visser conveyor belt is widely applicable and has a high capacity. Standard equipped with a trough-shaped (V) belt. Also standard equipped with a 32 mm high profile rubber belt.
